Major int: The feature release (8, 17, 21, 25…). 0 when it could not be read.
IsOpenJ9 bool: An Eclipse OpenJ9 VM (IBM Semeru) rather than HotSpot: it rejects HotSpot's -XX: tuning options, so the memory profile gives it only the heap size.
Is64Bit bool: False for a 32-bit JVM, which cannot have a heap much above 1 GB.

A Java that could not be asked: no extra flags, no cap.
